I am so grateful for

my Grandson Jeramiah’s smile, spending time with Chelsea and the boys over the web cam, being able to go to the movies with Tymon in CT, my safe flight home, my very busy and enjoyable career, the choices I continue to enjoy every day, living in freedom, the comfort of my bed, creating so much fun in my life.

I am so grateful for Virginia’s dog being well, Oscar’s continued well-being, going riding on Oreo with Shannon at Lake Lavon, spending quality time with Monica and the boys,  Aaron’s joy over learning new fun things to do like playing the drums, Ryan’s happiness at just being with us.

I am so grateful for

this delicious cup of Chai tea, the Tarragon chicken salad I enjoyed for lunch, seeing Jeramiah on his 3rd birthday, my wonderful laptop, the creativity I have, my visit with June, Starbucks being a wonderful office on the go! Being able to enjoy helping Tymon last night with his project, spending time with Chelsea.

Gratitude Intentions

I am so grateful for the wonderful ranch retreat I have created and all the women that benefit from it, the calm horses I have for my clients to ride, the feeling of excitement and passion I experience as I facilitate my workshops and retreats, the abundance of money that flows to me consistently from various sources, how well RST is received by mothers and their enthusiasm for the help it provides, my new truck and horse trailer.

Oscar easily releasing the stone he swallowed, which we saw in an X-ray today
the publisher in India purchasing our books to distribute in their country
how easy it was to published RST for Moms
the consistent abundance of friends, ideas, money and health in my life
the many wonderful productive RST workshops I have in 2010
my clean organized desk that is so inviting for me to work at every day

I am so grateful for
the wonderful bike ride I took early this morning with my friend Sandi, how much fun it was to ride a bike like this one in the picture, the fun I had riding to the Farmers Market near the McKinney Square and all the wonderful vegetables I bought and carried in my basket, enjoying a delicious cup of tea at the Farmer’s Market, Vicky’s excitement as she ate the dog treats I bought for her, my health, this beautiful day to spend grooming my horse Oreo, the opportunity to spend time with my Grandsons, Aaron and Ryan and my daughter, Monica at the Spooktacular Halloween party!

Gratitude Intentions, I am so grateful for

the ease with which I get my first book published, the abundance of money that I consistently attract from various sources and the peace I feel, the enjoyment I feel grooming Oreo today and walking with him, the great time I have at Sandi’s party tonight, my continued great health and commitment to continue taking great care of myself, my safe flight to Connecticut next week, getting an aisle seat on all of my flights.
